Regarding shipping and delivery methods, Sunshine will deliver products to customers through shipping service providers such as: Fedex, DHL, Viettel Post, EMS, AliExpress, Economy Delivery, Delivery fast, iTL,…
Orders within Daklak city and suburban areas: delivery within 1-3 days after ordering.
Orders in other provinces and cities: delivery within 3-5 days after ordering.
Orders going abroad: Depending on the country, the time will vary. Sunshine will notify customers directly for each order.
Note: Delivery time does not include holidays and public holidays.
If you pay by bank transfer, the order processing time will be calculated from when we receive your payment.
Delivery time may vary depending on your requirements. If you need urgent delivery, when ordering, please enter delivery date information in the notes section. Sunshine will do its best to arrange and deliver according to your request.
Sunshine may also proactively change the delivery time due to natural disasters or other special events. In this case, Sunshine will update you on the order status and the new delivery time.
To check your order information or status, please inbox our fan page or call the hotline, providing your name and phone number for verification. If you have registered an account and placed an order at Sunshine, you can also check the order status directly on the website.
Your order will be delivered a maximum of 3 times. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange the next delivery. If after 3 attempts we still cannot contact you or receive no response, the order will be canceled.
If you have paid by bank transfer, Sunshine will refund your payment according to the Refund Term - see HERE.
When the goods are delivered, please sign a confirmation with the delivery staff and check that the quantity and type of goods delivered are correct. Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for reference if necessary.
Shipping costs are specifically displayed on the order page and depend on the delivery address.
